Springbok Rugby Team

Mobil-ice Vests are currently being used by all forward Springbok Rugby players at half time.

All Africa Games

Mobil-Ice and the Neuromat are being used by all eight Sporting Academies in South Africa, including:
- Eastern Cape Academy of Sport
- Gauteng Academy of Sport
- KZN Academy of Sport
- Limpopo Academy of Sport
- Mpumalanga Academy of Sport
- North Cape Academy of Sport
- North West Academy of Sport
- Western Cape Academy of Sport

Each Sporting Academy has their own logo and Mobil-Ice for the treatment of all sporting injuries at the All Africa Games held in Durban at the end of August.

Olympic Games
Mobil-Ice was used as the official treatment regime in the Athens 2004 Olympic Games for the South African athletes. Professor Wayne Derman from the Sports Science Institute hydrated the Mobil-Ice sheets with Marjoram (effective aromatherapy oil for treatment of sporting injuries.
